Gohan is Goku and Chi-Chi first son, Gohan is known as 'son-gohan' in Japan.
In the Cell saga Gohan reaches SSJ whilst training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber with Goku. Also in that saga he reaches SSJ2, he reaches SSJ2 whilst seeing his freinds getting beaten up, by Cell JR .
After the Cell Saga Chi-Chi made Gohan become a school scholar, when Gohan was in the school he gets a girlfreind 'Videl' (Hercule's daughter). During this phase Gohan still Trains in the Martial Arts. Gohan is the farther of a daughter named 'Pan'.
